I've been pondering on these lines today and thinking of the miracle of the five loaves and two fishes. This Bible story illustrates the miracle of love. This story illustrates what happens when we experience the right feelings, say the right words, and do the right thing for each other.
If you think about it, there just weren't enough bread and fish. There were 5000 reasons not to share. And each reason seemed perfectly logical. The miracle of that situation came because Christ refused to accept each & every legitimate argument.
The disciples said (time and time again), "The reality of the situation being...there just isn't enough."
Jesus said, "All will come to this table. All will be included. We will share every loaf and every fish we have - break it all up into pieces and it will be enough." And it was.
I think a big purpose of life is to accept/trust/surrender to this concept and preform the miracle of love from our homes, our communities & our nations. #blacklivesmatter #indigenouslivesmatter #TheStigmaEndsWithMe #Iamnotashamed #loveislove #differentnotless
